Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
If you do not receive your refund within 30 days, please contact your financial institution first.
We offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items.
If a replacement item also arrives defective, you will be eligible for a full refund.
International return shipping costs may vary.
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are properly packaged.
